Booking policy

1. The consultation lasts up to 45 minutes and is held online via Google Meet. The fee is shown at the booking confirmation step and paid at that time. The time slot is only confirmed after payment; if payment is not made within 30 minutes, the reservation is cancelled automatically.
2. Free rescheduling, once, up to 24 hours before the appointment.
3. Cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment: full refund.
4. Cancellation less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
5. 10-minute tolerance for delays; the consultation ends at the originally scheduled time.
6. If the attorney needs to reschedule, the client may choose a new date or receive a full refund.
7. If the client hires the services within 30 days after the consultation, the amount paid is deducted from the legal fees.
8. The consultation is an initial assessment of the case and does not include in-depth document review, drafting of documents or case management.
9. Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

In case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version of this policy prevails.
